The built-in reporting module in UPSD has everything that you require to generate helpdesk reports. UPSD Reports lets you export reports into pdf, excel and html formats. Report module generate reports instantly based on start and end date or date range and location provided by user.

UPSD provides over 150 ready-to-use reports that generate report details at once. The reports are classified under specific activities such as,

  • Inventory Reports

  • Service Desk Reports

  • IMAC Change Reports

  • IMAC Install Reports

  • IMAC Move Reports

  • Problem Reports

Each category has reports based on different criterias.

1. Inventory Reports -

Inventory Reports are not based on date range and location.These Reports are further classified as,

  • Summary Reports

  • Tabular Reports

These reports provide information of your varied inventory like harddisk, RAM, Removable drive,etc.

2. Service Desk Reports -

Create Reports on all incidents logged.These reports are generated based on start and end date or date range (such as last week, last month, last six months, etc) and location provided by user,These reports are classified as,

Creates Reports for all IMAC Changes.These Reports are classified under three categories as,

  • Criteria wise Change Reports

  • Status IMAC Change Report

4. IMAC Install Reports -

Creates Reports for all IMAC Install requests.These Reports are classified under three categories as,

Each category has reports based on status , impact, priority and install-type.

5. IMAC Move Reports -

Generates Reports for all IMAC Move requests.These Reports have following categories,
