Change Management

The goal of Change Management is to control and manage approved changes with accepted risk. UPSD allows you to implement a comprehensive change management system that allows you to handle pre-approved changes and changes with complete approval cycle.

1. Change IMAC Install -

You can initiate New Install Request. requestor send a request to Service Desk by using Install action. The Request for Install is considered based on the Impact,Urgency and Priority. UPSD enables you to create CAB Approval. Based on the defined change type, you can choose to send the change plan for approval to CAB members.

2. Change IMAC Move -

In the change Imac move requestor send a request to Service Desk by using Move action. then The Request for Install is considered based on the Impact,Urgency and Priority.

3. Change IMAC Add -

In the change Imac add requestor send a request to Service Desk by using Add action. then The Request for Add is considered based on the Urgency and Priority.

4. Change IMAC Change -

In the change Imac change requestor send a request to Service Desk by using change action. then The Request for change is considered based on the Urgency and Priority. The Change plan is formulated to get started with a the change process.
